The Tea Room is suitable for smaller functions and ones where kitchen facilities are required.  It has it's own separate entrance. There are 6 tables and 40 chairs included in the rental if more are required they can be added to the rental.   The Tea Room can also be added to the rental of the main hall which gives you access to full kitchen facilities with your rental

Maximum capacity: 75 theatre style and 50 with tables and chairs
It comes equipped with:

• 3 stoves
• Large cooler
• Pots and pans
• Roasting pans and trays
• 2 Large trolleys
• 4 large coffee urns and a Bunn coffee maker
• Cutlery and dishes for 400
• Table cloths for tables sitting 300
• All appropriate serving dishes and cutlery
• Wine glasses for 300-
• Full automated commerical Dishwasher
• 3 double sinks, one sink equipped with special scouring equipment
• Chest deep freeze
• Air conditioning /heat wall units
